The pace has picked up by a significant margin since my last couple posts. The rest of the team arrived yesterday and we had a set-up meeting in the late afternoon, so I got to sleep in and relax around the hotel for awhile.
The meeting went well - just making sure we were all on the same page and ready to go for today.
Today was real busy. Everyone is stressing already. There were some political battles to fight at the client already, but mostly everyone was nice and cooperative.
We went on a plant tour and the dump truck factory was HUGE. Lots of information to process.
I will update more later, but I need some sleep right now.
